Dina F. Snider, AIA, LEED 2.0
Dina Snider has over fifteen years experience in design, project delivery, budgeting, and construction for office, commercial, civic, educational, and residential projects. Dina is LEED 2.0 certified and heads Strada's sustainable design initiatives and contributes green design aspects to all of Strada's projects.
"Our clients are entitled to the best quality product that can be achieved," says Dina. "Sustainable design is an important part of achieving the highest quality."
Dina is well respected by clients for her organizational skills and has managed many of Strada's recent, large-scale projects including Equitable Resources, LandAmerica, Market Square Place, Bridgeside and the new Public Safety Building at the University of Pittsburgh. Dina was also integral to the development of a new prototype branch bank for National City Bank and the renovation of The Galleria in Mt. Lebanon, PA.
Dina is committed to the social dimension of architectural practice. Her previous positions with non-profit development corporations, and as an active participant on the boards of non-profit, community-based organizations has given her a valuable understanding of urban planning, residential restoration, and the development of social services programs. Dina received a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 1992.
