- Riverside Mews & Windom Hill award
The South Side’s “green” town home communities of Riverside Mews and Windom Hill Place were named the best in green construction by the Builders Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. Riverside Mews was named Best Green/Energy Efficient Housing under $500,000, and Windom Hill Place was awarded best Green/ Energy Efficient Housing over $500,000. Along with sustainable design, the communities feature architecture by Perkins Eastman Architects and Strada.
