- Sean Beasley now licensed architect
Congratulations to Sean Beasley who recently passed his architectural registration exams and is now a licensed architect.
Sean Beasley has over ten years experience in all aspects of design, production, and project management. His project background and experience includes educational, office, commercial, and residential projects, along with urban design. Sean is a LEED 2.0 accredited professional and contributes to the sustainable design of all of Strada’s projects.
Sean served as the project manager or designer for several large scale projects including MarketSquare Place, Bridgeside II, the University of Pittsburgh Police Building, and the Blackbird Lofts.
Sean is also experienced in historic preservation and restoration through his work on National Historic Register projects including local and several Federal Historic Tax Incentive projects. These projects range in scope and scale from commercial façade restorations/renovations, adaptive reuse projects, and residential renovations throughout Pittsburgh.
