Client: Millcraft Industries
Working in collaboration with Millcraft Industries, Strada is leading the design of this master plan development for the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh’s retail district. The approved plan combines the adaptive reuse of historic structures with new infill construction. A new building south of Forbes Avenue will offer retail space, apartments, and condominiums with integral parking. The plan also renovates the existing historic G.C. Murphy’s Building to include apartments and condos, retail space, and parking.
