“The Crossroads”: Urban Revitalization of a Historic American City

This ambitious plan for developer Millcraft Industries sets out to remake the historic downtown district as a mixed-use center that includes office, retail, hotel, housing, and parking. Partnering with the local and state governments were key to implementing this $100 million dollar project. The project will be implemented in three phases starting with a new office building, the LandAmerica Centre, designed by Strada.
