Millcraft Investments commissioned Strada to convert the former 265,000 s.f. Lazarus-Macy’s Dept. Store into an exciting mixed-use project. The new Piatt Place combines large floor plate, Class A retail and office space with three new floors of residential condominiums arranged around an interior courtyard. The project is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, with a 500 car-parking garage below, and was designed to meet LEED sustainable design certification.
