This development of nine townhouses sits on a very challenging site overlooking the Monongahela River and Downtown Pittsburgh. The units are designed to maximize the spectacular views of the city while minimizing the site constraints. Designed to be energy efficient, the town homes incorporate sustainable design elements such as day lighting, construction waste management, local materials, and low emitting finishes. Construction on the first four units was completed by Sota Construction in Summer 2007.
