The 140,000 s.f. seven-story LandAmerica Centre is Phase One of “The Crossroads,” a mixed-use project developed by Millcraft Industries. As of June 2007, tenants include LandAmerica’s call center, First Federal Savings Bank and Crazy Mocha Coffee Company. Designed to be the first LEED certified building in Washington, LandAmerica’s sustainable features include recycled materials, efficient mechanical systems, maximum use of day lighting, low emitting materials manufactured locally, low water usage, and heat reduction landscaping elements.
