The Del Monte Foods office is the second major building to face the riverfront on the North Shore District. This six story, 285,000 s.f. building continues the urban scale established by PNC Park and the Equitable Resources building, and connects North Shore Drive to the riverfront park by way of a pedestrian court. The court is defined by a vaulted ceiling that is illuminated after dark to create a public space that can be enjoyed day and night. The Signature Class A corporate facility includes restaurants and retail on the first floor.
