The first new building project for the North Shore development between Heinz Field and PNC Park is a consolidated corporate headquarters building for Equitable Resources. Its dramatic riverfront location offers stunning views of the Downtown Pittsburgh skyline and a strong corporate identity. The building is a 180,000 s.f. mixed-use project which includes 150,000 s.f. of corporate office space over five floors, 30,000 s.f. of entertainment retail on the first floor, and one level of underground parking for 80 cars.
