Phase 1 of the new corporate campus is a 670,000 square feet, $125 million dollar complex with future plans to expand to 2 million square feet. In addition to merchandising rooms, executive offices, and staff workspaces the headquarters includes a complete athletic facility, auditorium, employee café, airstrip and hangar for the corporate jet. Strada integrated the topography of woodland site into the building’s design. An existing ravine’s steep drop is preserved in a water feature that tumbles down several stories to the level of the streambed.
