Located in Pittsburgh’s Penn Liberty Historic District, this building's new storefront and cornice pays homage to Pittsburgh’s steel heritage. The complete facade restoration incorporated many new architectural elements including the cornice, lights. and awnings that are contextually sympathetic, yet clearly contemporary and modern. This project was designed by John Martine while a principal at IAS.
