Strada designed Bridgeside II to accommodate commercial as well as university laboratory facilities. This core and shell project, when complete, will be fully equipped to accommodate the special needs of laboratories, either for manufacturing or research purposes. Bridgeside II is located in the Pittsburgh High Technology Park and is part of Pittsburgh’s rapidly growing technology corridor.
