Strada was commissioned by Armstrong Development to create a development master plan for this 4 parcel property in the eastern section of Pittsburgh. Located at the intersection of two of the principal arteries in the area, this mixed use development included retail, hotel, office, parking and residential uses integrated into a phased development strategy. In addition to maximizing the development envelope for the client, resolving several community objections from a previous failed development attempt was critical.
